As part of our procedure, we arranged a general meeting on all Production Factories (REA,REM,REC and REG) in regards of working on summer season and the mid day break dated from June 15, 2016 to September 15, 2016.
Although majority of our duties are inside the factories, all personnel must be aware on the law being enforced especially on the restricted non-working hours between 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm under direct sunlight.

· Recognizing the signs of heat illness
· Hazards of working in heat
· Procedures to call first aiders/or medical assistance
· Information on the importance of maintaining good hydration and eating a well-balanced diet
· HSE infringement/violations/fines
Topics had been translated to different languages ensuring that all employees fully understand the procedures/instructions.
