Structural Engineer

Job Name: Structural Engineer

Company:Reem Emirates Aluminum LLC, Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose:

Provide engineering support to project design solutions and settle structural discrepancies with external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all the engineering requirements of the Curtain wall are achieved and that tests and calculations conducted are documented and stored.
  • Liaising with the Sr. Structural Engineer that all necessary requirements for the Curtain wall have been specified and approved.
  • Confirmation of the adequacy of design and of material selection to ensure and verify that the right materials will be ordered and that the Curtain wall design conforms and meets the clients building structural requirements and specifications.
  • To liaise with the client, builders engineer and architect to verify all the necessary requirements for the Curtain wall design to comply with the project specifications and relevant codes

Education/Qualification: Minimum Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering,Master of Structural Engineering.

Work Experience: Minimum 03 Years in Façade industry

Skills:

  • Knowledge of software used for Façade design
  • Economic design driven
  • Team work and flexibility
