About Project: Vida Residence Downtown Dubai is a 57-storey serviced residence. The 57-storey Vida Residence Downtown Dubai will be linked directly to Vida Downtown Dubai, a stylish hotel opposite Souk Al Bahar, via an air-conditioned glass bridge. Opera Grand Tower

About Project: At the heart The Opera District, Downtown Dubai’s vibrant cultural hub, is Opera Grand, which is located near the majestic Dubai Opera, the first of its kind opera house in the city, and in close proximity to Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall.

The 66-storey Opera Grand has 60 storeys of residences, two storeys of residential amenities, two storeys of cafes, restaurants and shops outlets and a grand entrance lobby at the lower level. The 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes feature spacious living areas, with most residences overlooking the spectacular views of The Dubai Fountain.

Axis Tower

About Project: Axis Tower was specifically named to highlight its unique and central location at the AXIS point to Manchester city’s major transport links, Central Business District, famous shopping offer, and key attractions. An iconic residential tower located in the heart of one of Europe’s most vibrant cities, Axis will stand proudly between the financial district and ‘Oxford Road corridor’, the backbone of the city’s knowledge quarter and Manchester’s vibrant University population. Manchester boasts world-class multi-modal transport infrastructure, providing fast, affordable connectivity to London, Europe and the rest of the world. Adjacent to the award-winning and iconic business resort, Manchester Central, Axis benefits from easy access to the Metrolink and Deansgate Station. Axis lies within a minute’s walk of Manchester landmarks including international concert venue, The Bridgewater Hall and new First Street development, it is also in very close proximity to St Peter’s Square and the city’s extensive retail and leisure amenities.

Asjar Living

About Project: The project consist of 11 Buildings within Al Barari development in Dubai. Large glass curtain wall covered with aluminum louvers provides the tenants with spacious openings on the green landscape at Al Barari. The project includes high end apartments with high quality standards and specifications. The project scope includes aluminum and glazing works for the basement, ground & typical floors. Ashjar is a collection of 300 luxurious apartments in the fast developing city of Dubai. Ashjar Living is a place where nature is extraordinary and great part of the concept design for wayfinding was based in this sustainable way of life. The homes are low-rise and low density, with very few apartments per cluster. Each is set into the natural tree canopy with landscaped gardens and beautiful skyline views. The Ashjar collection totals 300 elegant apartments spread amongst 21 low-rise buildings arranged in small clusters of 3-5, sprawled over an impressive 107,870m2. The project is divided into 3 Clusters (E&D) & (F&G) & (C) and 11 Buildings. The project scope includes aluminum and glazing works for the basement, ground & typical floors.

Palm Tower

About Project: The Palm Tower is an impressive 52-storey hotel and residential complex on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah. The Palm Tower comprises 502 luxury residences and a five-star, 290-room hotel with an array of dining and leisure facilities, including a rooftop infinity pool, restaurant and viewing deck. The luxury hotel, St. Regis Dubai – The Palm will occupy the first 18 floors of the building. The Palm Tower residences comprise fully-furnished studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments with uninterrupted, panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.   Residents and guests at The Palm Tower will enjoy direct access to Nakheel Mall, currently under construction at the heart of Palm Jumeirah. The Palm Tower will also offer direct access – via a bridge and walkways – to Palm Jumeirah’s beach clubs, including Nakheel’s Club Vista Mare and Palm West Beach projects.
